Green Bean And Red Bell Pepper Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans, cut diagonally in 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook green beans in boiling salted water for 3 minutes; drain and cool with cold water.
    Blot dry.
    Heat oil in frying pan.
    Add green beans and red pepper.
    Stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and lemon juice.
