Roasted Carrots With Fresh Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. dried dill
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped rosemary leaves, removed from stem
    1 tsp. liquid amino acid or tamari sauce
    6 carrots, peeled and cut in cubes
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except the carrots, and toss until well coated. On a sprayed sheet pan, lay out the carrots and roast in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Roast until tender, about 20 minutes.
