Apple Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Granny apples
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 pie crusts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. orange peel
    egg white
Preparation
    Mix together apples, flour, cinnamon, sugar, nuts, orange peel and lemon juice.
    Place in pie shell, using top crust in a lattice effect.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    When baked, brush with egg white, then top with confectioners sugar glaze.
