Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat on low speed of an electric mixer until mixed well.
    Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.
    Chill 2 hours.
