Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    20 saltine crackers, crushed
    Cool Whip
    1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until fluffy; add cream of tartar.
    Beat until stiff.
    Blend in sugar.
    Fold in nuts and crackers.
    Pack mixture into greased pie pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool and top with Cool Whip and pineapple.
