Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add the oil.
    Mix and knead for 15 minutes.
    Let rise until double in bulk or about 2 hours.
    Roll out into shape.
