Joe'S Famous Banana Chocolate Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 pt. light cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. bananas, diced (do not mash)
add milk to make 3/4 gallon
1 lg. Hershey's, Special Dark, chocolate bar
1 c. walnuts, broken not crushed
