Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can hominy
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 cans crab meat
    1 tsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 lb. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain hominy.
    Add mushroom soup, flour, butter, chopped onions, crab meat, Lea & Perrins sauce, eggs and grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
