Hungry Jack Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
salt and pepper
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 medium can pork and beans
1 large can Hungry Jack biscuits
1 c. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef or chuck (drain off excess grease).
Chop onion; brown with beef and salt and pepper to taste.
Blend in barbecue sauce and let all of this simmer for about 15 minutes. Mix in pork and beans.
Pour all of this into medium casserole dish.
Take biscuits and cut in half.
Place around the edges of the casserole dish.
Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
Put in a 375\u00b0 oven only until cheese is melted good.
