Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. scalded milk, cooled
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast and small amount from another pkg.
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour (a little more)
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 beaten egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Mix next 4 ingredients.
    Mix next 4 ingredients and add to yeast mixture.
    Divide dough in half.
    Roll in wax paper.
    Put 1/2 of dough on bottom of large cookie sheet with sides.
    Pour on cream cheese mixture.
    Put remaining half of dough on top.
    Let rise 1 hour.
