Trail Bologna(Makes 2 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck or deer
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
Preparation
    Mix and roll in 2 rolls.
    Wrap in wax paper.
    Place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Then bake in shallow pan at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
