Tomato Sauce Puttanesca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cans crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. capers with liquid
3/4 c. Gaeta olives (you may substitute a small can of black olives)
2 chopped anchovies (optional)
Preparation

Saute garlic in olive oil until golden.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat to simmer and cook for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti.
