Best Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell, cooled
3 pt. fresh strawberries, washed and cleaned
2 Tbsp. orange liqueur or juice
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. oleo

Preparation

Glaze:
Mash 1 pint of strawberries.
Add sugar and cornstarch.
Stir into crushed strawberries.
Add water.
Stir over low heat and bring to gentle boil until thickened.
Add oleo and cool.
