Fide'S Chile Verde(Authentic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size tomatoes
    5 or 10 chiles (fresh jalapenos or Serranos)
    beef steak, cut up in small pieces
    salt to taste
    1/2 garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. lard
Preparation
    Boil tomatoes and chiles for 10 minutes in 3 cups water.
    In large skillet, brown meat in with lard.
    Blend chiles, tomatoes, salt and garlic clove and 1/2 cup water together.
    Pour over meat and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for about 15 minutes.
    Taste to make sure it has enough salt.
