Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. Crisco shortening
    3/4 c. milk or just enough to make dough like pie crust
    2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    chopped fruit (1 large can of peaches or any fruit you like)
Preparation
    Combine flour, Crisco and milk.
    In saucepan, combine water and sugar.
    Heat until sugar is melted.
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Roll dough out into a rectangle.
    Put chopped fruit onto rolled out dough.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon if you like.
    Roll up like a jelly roll.
    Cut into 1-inch slices. Put slices into melted butter, single layer.
    Pour sugar-water mixture over it.
    Bake 1 hour or until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
