Vegg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. firm tofu, rinsed and drained
    1 qt. soy milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients until very smooth.
    Chill.
    Experiment with the proportions to obtain the degree of thickness and flavor you desire.
