Shortcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms.
    Gently smooth dough into ball on lightly floured cloth-covered board.
    Knead 8 to 10 times.
    Roll dough 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with floured 3-inch cutter.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 6 shortcakes.
