Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    12 slices cooked bacon
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake potatoes; cut the potatoes in half.
    Spoon potato out of skin, leaving about 1/4 inch of the potato in the skin.
    Mix crumbled bacon, onion and cheese.
    Fill potato skins with bacon mixture.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
