Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    In mixer bowl, cream sugar and shortening with electric mixer until light.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add milk.
    Add flour and bananas (beat until smooth after each addition).
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
    Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, take out and cool the
    rest of the way.
