Ham Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs, beaten
12 slices bread, crusts removed
ham, sliced
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
3/4 stick oleo
Preparation

Put 1/2 bread in bottom of 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
Cover with slices of ham.
Cover with grated cheese.
Cover with other 1/2 of bread.
Combine milk, seasoned salt, nutmeg, salt, Worcestershire sauce and eggs.
Pour liquid mixture over bread; cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.
Before baking, cover with buttered crushed corn flakes.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
