Broccoli-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. each: carrots, potatoes, celery and onions, cut in small pieces
1 (48 oz.) can chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
1 or 2 boxes chopped frozen broccoli
2 c. milk
small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Add all vegetables (except broccoli) to chicken broth and bring to boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add broccoli to broth and simmer for five more minutes.
Add Cheez Whiz and stir until melted.
Add flour to milk and stir until mixed together.
Now add to soup.
Stir frequently while broth is thickening.
Be careful not to let the milk scorch.
