Pineapple Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 whole eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
1 c. pecans, chopped
crushed vanilla wafers

Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add well beaten eggs.
Add drained pineapple and pecans.
Arrange in layers in a flat dish, a layer of crushed vanilla wafers, then mixture, then top with crushed vanilla wafers.
Pat down.
Refrigerate overnight.
