Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole-wheat flour
    6 c. rolled oats
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. wheat germ
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. oil
    1 c. honey
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately, then combine thoroughly. Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets (does not need to be spread to edges of pans).
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0 until dry and golden. Cool; break into pieces and store in airtight container.
