Herbed Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing, crushed
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Dip pork chops in egg with 2 tablespoons of milk.
Coat with crushed stuffing.
Brown.
Put in greased casserole and pour over the chops the mushroom soup, mixed with the sherry and dry mustard. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
