Microwave Pineapple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. quick cooking rolled oats
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1 c. pineapple chunks
    vanilla ice cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Stir together rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Place pineapple in a 10 ounce casserole dish.
    Sprinkle the rolled oats mixture over the pineapple.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 4 minutes or until the pineapple is hot.
    Rotate dish 1/4 of a turn every minute.
    Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
    Makes 1 to 2 servings.
