Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 2/3 c. water
    1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 medium ripe bananas
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve cornstarch in water; add milk and egg yolks.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla and margarine.
    Cool slightly.
    Slice 2 bananas.
    Dip in lemon juice and layer in pie shell.
    Pour filling over bananas and cover.
    Chill 4 hours.
    Slice remaining banana and use to garnish top of pie.
