Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 Tbsp. white cornmeal
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    1 c. milk (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. oil or melted oleo
Preparation
    Beat eggs and salt together; add cornmeal and mix well. Combine the cornstarch and milk to form a smooth batter.
    Add the egg mixture to this and mix again until smooth.
    Add the oil or melted oleo, stirring constantly.
    Grease a 7-inch skillet and heat it.
    Pour a small amount of the batter on the bottom of the skillet, tilting the pan and making sure the batter covers the bottom evenly.
    When brown on one side, flip over and brown the other. Tortillas should be almost paper thin.
    If used for tacos, fold tortillas over while warm to make taco shell.
