Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bouillon cubes
    1/4 c. hot water
    1 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water in small saucepan; cool. Stir in flour; mix until smooth.
    Add cream and salt.
    Cook until thickened.
    Wash and slice mushrooms into a 2-quart casserole. Pour sauce over mushrooms.
    Mix crumbs with cheese and sprinkle over top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Great with roast beef!
