Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped apple
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Mix liquid ingredients in another.
Combine the two.
Bake in a Bundt pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
