Peanut Butter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water and syrup.
    Cook until a little forms a hard ball in cold water.
    Beat egg whites stiff and don't pour syrup over egg whites until you let it cool for a minute, then beat the mixture until very stiff.
    Pour out on a board covered with powdered sugar.
    Pat out with palm or hand and spread with as much peanut butter as you like.
    Roll up and slice.
