Crock-Pot Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dry lentils
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large bay leaf
    2 qt. chicken broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Put ingredients in crock-pot.
    Fill crock-pot 2/3 full with water.
    Cook on low for at least 5 hours.
    When finished, cook 1/2 cup tubettini macaroni or other small macaroni separately, then add to crock-pot.
    Serve with Romano cheese sprinkled on top and crusty French bread.
