Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. carrots, finely grated
    1 small can crushed pineapple (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add sugar, oil and eggs; mix.
    Add carrots, nuts and pineapple.
    Turn into greased and floured long pan or spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
