Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white onion, chopped
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    3 bouillon cubes (beef or chicken)
    2 c. hot water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
    Combine all ingredients well and put in a greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Stir gently once or twice during the cooking.
    Serve hot.
