Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in a bowl.
    Blend in butter or margarine until a soft dough is formed.
    If dough is too soft to handle, cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Roll in the coconut.
    Place 1 1/2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
