Quick Creamed Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped, drained pimiento (buy small jar)
    8 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Empty soup into a small saucepan.
    Add sour cream and pimiento and mix until smooth.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until it is good and hot.
    Take off heat and add sliced eggs and salt and pepper, too.
    Serve over rice or squares of corn bread.
