Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken broth
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt to taste
    white pepper to taste
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    garlic to taste
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Heat broth to simmering.
    Add sugar, salt, pepper, cornstarch and garlic and let simmer.
    When ready to serve, beat egg and slowly drizzle into soup.
    Let simmer 1 minute more.
