Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 green pepper, cut in rings
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. corn oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook carrots until crisp-tender; drain.
    Combine carrots, pepper and onion in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix thoroughly soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard and salt; mix into vegetables.
    Let marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours.
