Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned or frozen corn
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Thaw frozen corn; drain canned corn.
Mix with mixer, flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk and butter.
Add corn and baking powder. Pour into a buttered baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until light brown and set. Serve hot.
