Chuck Wagon Casserole(Makes Six 1-Cup Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can (15 oz.) chili beans in gravy
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) white hominy, drained *
    1 can (11 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    2 slices American cheese, cut in half diagonally
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Crumble ground meat into a medium skillet.
    Brown over medium heat; drain off fat.
    Sprinkle meat with salt.
    In a 2-quart casserole, stir chili beans with gravy, hominy and soup until combined.
    Stir in meat.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes until heated through.
    Arrange cheese on top.
    Bake 2 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
