Tomato Ketchup(For Canning) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes (ripe)
    1 onion
    1 stalk celery
    1 pt. vinegar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash, trim and cut the tomatoes.
    Add the onion and celery. Cook until all is tender.
    Put through colander or Foley's mill. Add the vinegar, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, dry mustard, salt and sugar.
    Cook until thick.
    A little clear gel may be added to help thicken.
    Put in pint jars and seal.
