Savory Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef roast
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Slowly brown roast in Wesson oil in preheated kettle.
    Combine mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, pepper and water in small bowl. Pour over roast.
    Cover and simmer slowly for 4 hours or until tender.
