Tapioca Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. small pearl tapioca
1 (3 oz.) box jello (any flavor)
2/3 c. sugar
1 small pkg. whipped topping
Preparation

When water boils, add tapioca.
Keep water boiling rapidly. Do not drain.
When tapioca is clear (about 15 minutes), add jello and sugar.
When cool and thickened, stir in whipped topping. Fruits are optional.
If using strawberry jello, use strawberries. If using raspberry jello, use raspberries.
