Apple Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream together the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Add the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Blend well.
Add the apples and nuts.
Mix well and put into large tube pan.
Bake 70 minutes at 350\u00b0.
