Cooking For A Crowd Versatile Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into walnut-sized meatballs. May be made ahead and frozen on cookie sheets, then stored in plastic bags until ready to use.
    There is no end to the variety of dishes that can be made with these little meatballs.
    Makes about 80.
