Lois' Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pasta (any type)
    1 extra large solid red tomato, diced
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 large cucumber, diced
    1 Vidalia onion, diced
    1 can minced clams or baby shrimp
    1/2 c. black olives
    1/4 c. Muenster cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    salt
    pepper
    3 Tbsp. Romano dry grated cheese
    fresh parsley
    garlic
Preparation
    Cook pasta in water with 1/4 teaspoon oil.
    Drain in cold water.
    Add cheese, vegetables and seasoning to taste.
    Mix together and let set in refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
    This makes a nice summer salad served on leaf lettuce with bread sticks, fresh cantaloupe and pink lemonade.
