Tabouli (Lebanese Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bunches parsley
2 c. cracked wheat
5 large tomatoes
1 1/2 lemons
1/2 c. canola oil
2 Tbsp. salt
1/8 c. olive oil
3 scallions
Preparation

Soak cracked wheat in water for 20 minutes.
Finely cut up parsley and scallions and tomatoes in bowl.
Drain water from cracked wheat and add to other ingredients.
Add oil, salt, olive oil and juiced lemons.
Best served chilled.
Serves 6 to 8.
