Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, cooked
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil or melted shortening
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into a greased pan and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
