Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1 egg yolk
2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar and cream thoroughly.
Add extract and egg, then flour.
Run through cookie press.
Put on ungreased pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Do not let brown.
