Zucchini Cornbread(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
Preparation
    Place zucchini in a colander. Sprinkle with salt and let drain 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients, except corn meal; add that last. Grease pan well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Stick knife into bread. If it comes out clean, bread is done.
