Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Santa Maria artichokes, drained
    2 small cans sliced mushrooms
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    4 cloves fresh chopped garlic
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let marinate overnight.
